Thank you to everyone on The Lance who has made the past four years I have spent on this paper so special. I will never forget and always cherish the trip to Philly last school year. I made connections that I will hold close to my heart no matter where we go or how much we talk, and I learned so much about journalism that helped to make our paper better. Next year, I will be attending Southern Utah University as an English Education major, and I hope to also write for the student magazine. No matter where I go, I will remember everyone at the Lance who made high school so special. Thank you and goodbye!

Mya Munoz ’26, Managing Editor

Hi, I’m Mya! I’m a senior and the managing editor of the school newspaper, The Lance. This is my second year writing for The Lance, and I’m also a member of the Quill and Scroll Honor Society. Journalism has been an amazing way for me to explore my passion for storytelling and connect with the school community. When I’m not busy writing articles, I enjoy spending time outdoors in nature and working on pottery.
