Aaliah Spaight ‘26, a standout basketball player at Bishop Gorman has been selected to the 2026 McDonald’s All American Girls Game, earning one of the highest honors in high school basketball and proving her place among the nation’s elite players.
The McDonald’s All-American Girls Game is a premier yearly basketball showcase. It features 24 of the top high school senior girls in the U.S. It’s a big opportunity for the best players in the senior class to come together to play and show their talent.
“Its a blessing, not many people from Vegas are chosen to represent their City,” Spaight said.
Her impact goes beyond scoring points on the court. Teammates recognize Spaight’s leadership and work ethic.

By staying calm, cool, and collective on and off the court inspires her team to be better.
Barragan added, “Lizzie being composed calms those who are maybe feeling nervous, having her be that person helps us be calm during games.”
This season, Spaight has continued to prove why she is one of the top players in the country. She is committed to the University of Texas. She leads her team with her consistent play being a reliable scorer. Via ESPN, Spaight is ranked No. 20 nationally.
“I have to stay hungry and push to be a better player,” Spaight said.
