Thank you to everyone on The Lance who has made the past four years I have spent on this paper so special. I will never forget and always cherish the trip to Philly last school year. I made connections that I will hold close to my heart no matter where we go or how much we talk, and I learned so much about journalism that helped to make our paper better. Next year, I will be attending Southern Utah University as an English Education major, and I hope to also write for the student magazine. No matter where I go, I will remember everyone at the Lance who made high school so special. Thank you and goodbye!

Sofia Sandoval Gonzalez ’27, School News Writer

I am Sofia Sandoval Gonzalez and I am in the class of 2027.  I am the Campus Ministry writer for the School News section of The Lance.  Additionally, I am a member of Shine A Light and ceramics clubs.  When I am not participating in school activities, I enjoy tutoring my siblings, writing, and traveling to new places.
