Telling the story of the most infamous tragic love stories, Love Story: JFK Jr. and Carolyn Bessette is a new show on Hulu that revisits the public relationship between the two.

John F. Kennedy Jr. and Carolyn Bessette were a couple in the 1990s that was very publicized. Since there were many fans of them in the ‘90s, many people quickly became obsessed with this new series that recently came out.

This show can be very appealing to audiences that love romance, but can be very sad and tragic since it will end in a tragedy. “This show is very good. In the beginning I was unsure if I was going to enjoy the show, but as I was getting into it, it was so amazing,” said Olivia Gayheart ‘27. She also stated, “The character I loved the most was obviously Carolyn Bessette. She is so cool and her style is chic.” 

The show can be very emotional because it is a true story. “I wasn’t familiar with JFK Jr. and Carolyn Bessette at first. As I watched this show it made me very sad because in the beginning it showed the flight they went on that sadly crashed into the ocean. It made me understand their lives a lot better,” said Adelina Grigoryan ‘26. 

Many students were asked if they would recommend this show to others. “I would recommend this show to others because it is a good way to kind of explore things that have happened in the past. It also is just a very good show to watch,” Grigoryan said.
