The new Fiona and Cake spin-off show is loved and adored by Adventure Time enjoyers worldwide, with all new content and returning characters with impacting lore, as well as new ones to add to the hero’s universe.

Adventure Time is a classic Cartoon Network show that has influenced many children and adults alike. Its intriguing storyline, funny characters, deep meanings, and silly animation are all aspects that make this show incredible.

“Adventure time has been and will always be superior to any other spin-off,” Oliva Pusateri ‘26 said.

However, this new Fiona and Cake show digs even deeper into the wild universe of Adventure Time–giving more insight into the characters and its universe itself.

“Fiona and Cake expand the universe by showing the viewers what the land of Ooo is like after the events of the adventure time finale,” Pusateri says, “It furthers the story in a more unique way”.

As the show develops, there are many new questions and layers added to this complicated franchise–though it still keeps its appeal without confusing the viewers too much.

“The story of Fiona and Cake is extremely interesting and fun to watch,” Pusateri said, “ One question I might have is relating around the nature of Fiona and Cake’s world and what would happen if the host of their universe, Simon Petrikov, were to die?”

Compared to the 10 seasons of Adventure Time, Fiona and Cake are in the early stages of possibly becoming something longer than the 12 episodes. Fans are hoping to see more of the two loveable characters of Fiona and Cake.

“If anything, I would make the show overall longer,” Pusateri said.
