The 2024 Baccalaureate Mass took place on May 16 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church at 6:30 pm. The Bishop Gorman community celebrated mass with faculty, graduates, and their families. Archbishop Leo Thomas presided alongside Fr. Jacob Knee and several priests from the Diocese of Las Vegas.
Ten Bishop Gorman graduates from the class of 2024 submitted letters based on questions the archbishop provided to the class about student experiences at Bishop Gorman in academics, faith, and community. The ten letters selected were read aloud to the congregation as those students came up to stand with the archbishop. This part of the mass celebrated what it means to be a part of the Bishop Gorman community.
