The Sight of Time
October 13, 2022
Somedays time flies by,
Somedays time stands still,
Somedays it will make me sigh,
Somedays gift a thrill,
But for none does time pass the same,
Nor can it ever be given,
A waste of time always a shame,
A sin not to be forgiven,
Some see time as required,
Others as a gift,
The question of time is one eternally inquired,
So through the sands of time I sift,
To find what I am meant to do with all this uncertain, intangible, ever moving time
