BGHS Junior, Blake Masterson, finds the new Intro to Filmmaking class interesting and recommends it to all Gorman students.

“I feel like I am learning a lot about the production of not just movies, but also about the realities of production,”  Masterson stated.

Taught by Mr. Valle, Masterson feels that he is learning a lot from the class., “I chose to participate in it because it seemed like a fun class to take.”

Like most students, Masterson likes watching movies and thought it would be interesting to learn what goes into making them. As Masterson is enjoying learning the process of filmmaking, he also believes that many students would be interested in it as well, “I would recommend this class to other students, as making films is pretty interesting to me.” It’s important  to learn all of the critical aspects of film making but at the same time the social interactions in the class are vital. “Yes, I do believe they should keep this class. It is pretty fun, and you get to meet new people as you learn about filmmaking.”
