A bouquet to my love- 

To thee, I give my heart.

With asters and violets,

Adoration- my infatuation imparts. 

A bouquet from my love- 

Adorned with lily of the valley,

She caged my heart with wisteria. 

Thus, in my veins, marigolds rally 

A bouquet to my love- 

A crown of moonflower for her head.

Speckled with mallow and magnolia-

Maybe morning glory instead.

A bouquet from my love-

blue hydrangea and azalea in disarray. 

She sends anemone and asphodel next. 

Finally, she brings lilies to my grave.
