Mr. Noel Abello took over the business classes at the start of the spring semester after Mr. Parker moved to a new position with Special Olympics.  

“I am excited for the new teacher to come in and teach. The class did meet him two days before Mr. Parker’s departure. He said that he had experience in marketing, so I am excited to learn what he has to say,” said Mya Munoz ‘26.  

The new teacher, Mr Noel Abello, has a background in business and will provide an interesting perspective for all the students. Though all the students will indeed miss Mr. Parker, students are quickly setting expectations with hopes the new teacher will continue to be enthusiastic about the class .

Just as the students are excited to be in a new class, Mr. Abello is excited to take over and teach a new class. Having assisted in chemistry with Mr. Green last semester, Mr. Abello is confident and ready to take over this business course. 

“Principal Keifer called me the day after Christmas and offered me the position, so I am very excited,” said Mr. Abello. 

Mr. Abello has an extensive background in business, mostly selling medical equipment and pharmaceutical supplies. This background knowledge will be a good insight into how to run and work a business. 

Overall, the students are sad to see Mr. Parker go, but excited to get to know Mr. Abello and learn what he has to teach.
