Bishop Gorman bench faces defeat.

After the Gaels first Nevada regular season loss in years, there is still hope for a state championship. With the opportunity to win out and be placed as the first seed heading into the playoffs, “We’ve put the loss behind us. There’s a lot of basketball to be played and we can’t let that one game set us off our track,” says varsity basketball player. Hoping to get some momentum going into the postseason, the Gaels have no option but to play their best ball of the year. With a few injuries of influential players, health is the biggest concern for the remainder of the season.

Goals to bring home a state championship remains at the top of the list for the Gaels  The loss on January 25th is now only motivation before a strong playoff run. Not affecting the Gaels physically or mentally, another basketball state championship is soon to be brought upon the Bishop Gorman campus.
